We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Carleton Medical Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greets patients and directs them to the appropriate contact or service area
  • Provides basic information to clients and the public
  • Obtains and processes information required to provide customer service
  • Orders office supplies and maintains a well-stocked and organized workspace
  • Records and relays information, including scheduling appointments and sending invoices
  • Performs clerical duties, such as filing and sorting mail
  • Answers telephone calls and relays messages
  • Calculates billing charges and maintains accurate financial records
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Criminal record check
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
