Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Coordinator to join our team at Carleton Medical Clinic. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to medical staff, including scheduling appointments and managing patient records
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling cash transactions and processing payments
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and medical history
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
