Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Adroit Facilities Services Inc. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our sites meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that cleaning operations are conducted within allocated resources.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of cleaning services.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
