Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Operational Efficiency

Evaluate and optimize our daily operations to ensure that we are running smoothly and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Work with our culinary team to develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies that align with our business goals and customer preferences.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time to meet customer demand.

Health and Safety

Requirements
