About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Maglicious. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgeting and Cost Control

Develop and manage budgets to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies, ensuring that we operate within our financial constraints.

Operational Efficiency

Evaluate and optimize our daily operations to ensure that we are running smoothly and efficiently, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.

Menu Planning and Pricing

Work with our culinary team to develop and implement menu plans and pricing strategies that align with our business goals and customer preferences.

Staff Management

Lead and motivate our team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and meet our high standards.

Inventory Management

Oversee the management of our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time to meet customer demand.

Health and Safety

Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.

Supplier Relationships

Negotiate and manage relationships with our suppliers, ensuring that we get the best possible prices and service.

Marketing and Promotion

Work with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and promotions that drive customer engagement and loyalty.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
