Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: Prepare and manage budgets to ensure that cleaning and maintenance costs are controlled and optimized.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that cleaning and maintenance services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
- Financial Management: Manage financial records and ensure that all payments are made in a timely and accurate manner.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and ensure that our services meet their expectations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Environment: Wet/damp, noisy, odours, dusty, outdoors, hot
- Physical Demands: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, combination of sitting, standing, walking
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, excellent written communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, reliability
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, permanent position, 30 hours per week, English language
