Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Business Leader to join our team at Saje Natural Wellness. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a team of retail professionals to achieve business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Contribute to an environment of excellent customer service, sharing our products and spreading wellness through the in-store experience.
  • Business Results: Generate business results and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) including revenue growth, sales, and customer engagement.
  • Team Leadership: Ensure team members are equipped with the product knowledge they need to make intentional recommendations for customers.
  • Store Presentation: Uphold presentation standards and assess and action merchandising opportunities to elevate the in-store experience.
  • Community Outreach: Take a proactive and innovative approach to growing the business through community outreach and engagement.
  • Team Development: Inspire and uplift your team through coaching, collaboration, and by embodying our core values.
  • Culture: Contribute to a team environment where all team members consistently experience a sense of belonging and inclusion.
