Customer Experience Representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Napoleon Home Comfort. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product recommendations, and ensure a seamless sales experience.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on all Napoleon products, including fireplaces, HVAC systems, and grills, and communicate this knowledge to customers.
- Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets, while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as preparing quotes, sales orders, and invoices, as well as submitting detailed pictures, layouts, and measure-ups for installs.
- Inventory Management: Check stock levels using our software program and comply with inventory control procedures.
- Representation: Represent Napoleon at trade shows, home shows, and special events.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
- Product Knowledge: Preference will be given to candidates with product knowledge in fireplaces, HVAC systems, and grills.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, proven negotiating skills, and ability to travel out of town as required.
