Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Restaurant Supervisor. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, leading a diverse team, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide friendly and caring customer service that represents the A&W brand.
  • Team Leadership: Work collaboratively with coworkers to achieve service standards and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and ensure that all food supplies and restaurant essentials are adequately stocked.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation: Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation, including cleaning food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.
  • Team Development: Identify opportunities for team members to grow and develop their skills, and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in the fast-food industry
  • Some management and supervision experience (at least 6 months)
  • Flexible availability
  • Access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great social skills and love for interacting with other people
  • Leader and a team player
  • Basic English language skills
