Customer Experience Representative

Job Summary:
Napoleon is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Napoleon's products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets, identify new sales opportunities, and develop strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, track stock, and ensure that products are properly displayed and maintained.
- Trade Shows and Events: Represent Napoleon at trade shows, home shows, and special events, showcasing our products and building relationships with customers and industry partners.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as submitting detailed pictures, layouts, and measure-ups for installs, and maintaining accurate customer records.
Requirements:
- Education and Experience: 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the HVAC or fireplace industry.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with Napoleon's products and industry trends.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software systems.
