Job Summary

CareerBeacon is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of store standards, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service and Engagement: Drive customer satisfaction and associate engagement by coaching associates on customer service techniques and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  2. Escalation Resolution: Resolve customer escalations within the store and through our customer care department.
  3. Store Readiness: Ensure Department Supervisors and Associates are prepared for high-volume periods, monitor customer flow, and take corrective action as necessary.
  4. Associate Development: Provide in-the-moment coaching, partner with Assistant Store Managers on performance conversations, and recognize associates for demonstrating expectations.
  5. Manager on Duty: Lead store kickoff meetings, walk each department to ensure store readiness, and perform opening, closing, and MOD tasks.
Requirements
  1. Must be 18 years or older.
  2. Must be legally permitted to work in Canada.
  3. Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  4. 3 Years of Relevant Work Experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Whole store management experience.
  2. Big box retail experience.
  3. Home improvement industry experience.
