They will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to multitask effectively. They will also have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone calls and relaying messages, and compiling data, statistics, and other information. They will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, as well as arranging travel and related itineraries.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word, and be able to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents. They will also have excellent attention to detail and be able to work accurately and efficiently.

We are looking for a team player who is able to work in a dynamic environment and is able to adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong understanding of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Ability to type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently
