We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Critical Infrastructure team as the Manitoba Civil Infrastructure Development Manager. This exciting opportunity will enable you to utilize your expertise in civil infrastructure design and project management to make a meaningful impact on the community.

Job Description
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with provincial and municipal clients in the region.
  • Lead and grow the existing Manitoba Infrastructure practice.
  • Build partnerships with local organizations for teaming opportunities.
  • Serve as the Company representative with clients and selected subcontractors during program execution.
Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors.
  • Establish Project Execution Plans, Health and Safety Plans, and Quality Assurance/Quality Control Plan Documents.
  • Monitor draft and final deliverables for adherence to established criteria.
  • Promote technical and commercial excellence through Quality Assurance processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field.
  • P. Eng registration with Engineers Geoscientists Manitoba (EGM).
  • 10+ years of related civil infrastructure design and leadership experience; design-build experience is a plus.
