About the Role

The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating Meetings and Events: Arrange seminars, conferences, and other events; prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
  • Office Administration: Determine office procedures, schedule appointments, manage office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required.
