Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Connecting Dots Clairmont School. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff members, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Prepare and assemble data for periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer software
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a rural area and will be required to provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees.

Language

The language of work is English, and the work schedule is 35 to 40 hours per week.
