About the Job

This role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating office administrative procedures, ensuring the efficient operation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Delegate tasks and work to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed, deadlines are met, and policies are administered effectively.
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-10 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory position.
  • Strong computer and technology knowledge, with proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Windows).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact efficiently with colleagues and clients.
  • A flexible and organized approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Work Environment and Conditions

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of productivity.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
