POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Bilingual Sales Representative to join our sales team in Quebec. This role focuses on achieving sales goals in a designated territory through maintaining current customer relationships and acquiring new clients. The Bilingual Sales Representative acts as a key corporate ambassador, nurturing and strengthening existing client relationships.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Account Management:

  • Develop and sustain effective relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and new clients.
  • Create and implement strategies for client retention and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities.
  • Quickly resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals.
  • Offer technical support and guidance on company products.
  • Track, monitor, and manage client accounts to meet sales targets.

Reporting:

  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records with quotes and customer interactions.
  • Review and analyze monthly sales reports, providing feedback on performance variances.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years in the manufacturing industry with at least 2 years in a sales role.
  • Bilingual in French and English.

REQUIREMENT:

  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Preferably, an engineering background or technical understanding.
  • Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Energetic and results-oriented with a proven track record.
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales activities effectively.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively; valid drivers license required.
  • Proficient in using ERP and CRM systems.
