Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Account Representative to join our team at Rogers. As a key member of our Field Operations team, you will be responsible for managing assigned store territories to execute on key priorities and metrics. You will build relationships with assigned store's sales reps and management to achieve quotas and deliver on priorities. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing promotions to achieve targeted market share and revenue within territory, training and coaching Retailer's Associates on Systems, Tools, Promotions and Plans, and highlighting key differentiators to increase and/or maintain the Rogers Suite of Products Market Share for new and existing Rogers customers. You will also work with Retailers to plan and organize exclusive Rogers and FIDO Weekend Events and onsite duty demo days, develop and execute Vendor Fairs/Off-Site Events/Community Events Brand Support, and maximize market share. Additionally, you will analyze sales reports and territory sales breakdown by market/banner, assign targets and build plans with Retailers based on percentage of contribution, gather and provide feedback on market insights and competitive intelligence for assigned territory, and ensure Rogers/FIDO/Chatr and residential cable products are properly represented. You will also monitor inventory levels and report issues and recommendations to Management.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with a post-secondary education in a business-related discipline and between 3 and 5 years' experience in the Telecommunications Industry. You should have demonstrated technical competence with MS Office - Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and other systems and office automation equipment. You should also have excellent analytical, problem solving, planning, and organizational skills, solid interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently and as a team member. Territory management experience is preferred, and you should be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment. You should also be willing to work flexible hours to meet changing deadlines.
