Regional Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team in Quebec. As an Outside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining a book of existing clients within the concrete construction industry.
In this role, you will be working closely with engineers, project managers, and construction managers to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for running product demonstrations and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
To succeed in this position, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Your strong technical knowledge of the concrete industry and its applications will enable you to effectively communicate with customers and identify opportunities for growth.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, as you will be traveling throughout the Eastern Canada/Quebec region to meet with clients and attend industry events. If based in the Greater Quebec City area, you may be required to travel upwards of 50% to cover your assigned territory.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive base salary of $75,000 - $80,000 CAD per annum, along with a total compensation package valued at up to $110,000 CAD. This includes additional incentives and benefits to reward high performers.
