Territory Sales Representative

Treeline, Inc., a leading sales recruiting and executive search agency, offers strategic sales staffing and recruitment services for top companies in North America. We are seeking a Territory Sales Representative to join our team in Quebec City, Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bring on net new business and maintain a book of business focused on the concrete construction industry within your assigned territory.
  • Run a full sales cycle from prospecting and initial outreach, running product demonstrations, and closing business.
  • Communicate with engineers, project managers, and construction managers in a technical environment.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of Outside B2B sales experience within the Industrial or Construction space.
  • Familiarity with Concrete, Cement, or Admixture and ability to speak on a technical level.
  • Ability to use a CRM to track and forecast all sales data.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the US and Canada.

Location: This is a field-based work environment where candidates must live in the Eastern Canada/Quebec region, with a preference for candidates based in the Greater Quebec City area and be willing to travel to meet clients throughout their territory.

Compensation: Base Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 CAD, Total Comp: $100,000 - $110,000 CAD.
