We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Sales Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Business Development, Sales and Marketing organization, you will be responsible for providing analytical capabilities and process improvement to help grow revenue from our existing and new accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and enhance sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, performance metrics, and opportunities for improvement. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards for sales leadership.
- Utilize statistical models and predictive analytics to develop accurate sales forecasts, helping to inform resource allocation and strategic planning.
- Oversee the management of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and effective utilization by the sales team.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and product teams to support lead generation efforts and ensure alignment on sales initiatives.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the preparation and management of the sales budget, tracking expenses and ROI on sales initiatives.
- Lead special projects related to sales operations, including system upgrades and process improvements.
- 8+ years in sales operations, sales management, or related field, preferably supporting Public Sector / Government verticals.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Excel, and data analysis tools (Power BI). Experience with sales analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and capabilities with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations / decisions.
- Strong understanding of public sector procurement and procurement processes.
