About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Supervisor to join our team at Code Guru. As a Technical Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical support analysts and providing expert technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of technical support analysts to ensure that they are providing excellent technical support to our clients.
  • Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Problem Management: Collect, organize, and maintain a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to technical support analysts to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent technical support.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to ensure that our technical support processes are efficient and effective.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent technical skills, including knowledge of ITIL, database software, MS Office, MS Windows, and TCP/IP. Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Sitting for long periods of time.
