About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Pi-squared Consulting. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems and software are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical problems, using your expertise to identify and implement solutions.
  • Communication: Provide clear and concise technical information to users, both verbally and in writing.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions, using this information to improve our support processes.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
