About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at SSCI. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide expert-level technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, often requiring creative solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical issues and resolutions.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on technical procedures and best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and procedures.
