Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective technical support to customers via various channels, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently.
- Product Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, staying up-to-date with the latest features and technologies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and service, to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer issues.
- Training and Development: Coordinate and deliver training activities to maintain the highest level of competence for our service technicians.
- Process Improvement: Support continuous improvement processes to enhance workshop repair quality and efficiency.
- System Support: Work with the systems department to support system startups, after-sales support, and service requests for new systems sold.
- Knowledge Management: Coordinate the development of multi-brand capacity by supporting knowledge collection, training, and parts sourcing.
- Supplier Management: Coordinate and support key suppliers for outsourced repairs and services.
- Education: Professional school diploma in industrial mechanics or related training.
- Experience: 10 to 15 years of experience, ideally in an industrial environment where pumps are repaired/maintained (including some as team leader/supervisor).
- Skills: Strong understanding and experience in vacuum pump repair, analytical thinking, teamwork, sociability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Language: Bilingualism is important, as customers and partners are located throughout Canada and Quebec.
