Job Summary:
The York University is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide confidential administrative support to the Dean, Executive Officer, Associate Dean's, and Schulich Leadership team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.

Job Description:
This role will provide advanced reception, administrative and clerical support for the general operation of the Office of the Dean and Office of the Executive Officer. Responsibilities include calendar management, event coordination, and communication with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Two years' recent related experience in an administrative role, including front-line support within a Dean/Associate Dean or Executive level office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Intermediate MS Office skills, with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, with high volume and frequent interruptions.
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
What We Offer:
York University offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
