Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Interac Corp. As an Executive Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the senior leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including business units and committees.
  • Support the coordination and implementation of department events, including logistics and communication.
  • Prepare briefing documents, project updates, and other materials to support the senior leadership team.
  • Ensure the timely preparation and presentation of material for key external and internal meetings.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring business and operational reports, forms, and other documentation are readily available.
  • Regularly review and manage corporate expenses and usage, ensuring expense reimbursement is within guidelines.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as an executive assistant/administrator to senior leaders.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to present clear, concise, and effective solutions.
  • Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
