Senior Administrative Coordinator

Academy of Learning Career College is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be based in a fast-paced office environment and will report directly to the Management Team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office services, and overseeing the work of junior staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
- Coordinate office services, such as supplies, equipment, and facilities management
- Oversee the work of junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare and maintain records, reports, and other documents
We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including health care and dental coverage. The estimated annual salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
