Job Title: Account Growth SpecialistAbout the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Growth Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for growing our business with select wholesale spa partners in North America. You will drive mutually profitable partnerships by fostering strong relationships with key professional accounts and developing growth strategies to grow their business and ours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Owning overall brand 'health' and relationship with all assigned accounts
- Meeting revenue targets for assigned accounts
- Leading programs to enhance the overall account management strategy
- Communicating new product launches with existing Professional Accounts from a 1:1 relationship standpoint
- Delivering impactful product resources & education to Professional Accounts with clear direction, rich storytelling and sharp product positioning to expand our offering with them
- Aligning internal stakeholders to support growth strategies for Professional Accounts
- Developing sales and marketing toolkits to enhance the overall experience of an account
- Analyzing ongoing business performance and broader market trends to build on areas of momentum with Professional Accounts utilizing Account Management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 2+ years of experience working in account management
- Experience working with a range of accounts, including those in a professional capacity
- Excel in a fast-paced environment with great multitasking skills with ability to focus on details and project management while being able to think big picture and strategy at the same time
- Proven track record of delivering results and managing/developing direct reports
- Strong communication, organization, and influencing skills with impeccable attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
- Ability to work extremely well across functions, successfully bringing people together toward common goals
- Go-getter: sense of urgency: Exceptional project management experience and ability to work well under pressure
The estimated salary for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
About Our LocationWe are located in Ottawa, Canada, but we have staff who work remotely as needed. Our headquarters is based in downtown Ottawa.
