Job Title: Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable and Payroll Specialist to join our team at City View Centre for Child and Family Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable and payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payments and employee compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and reconcile accounts payable and payroll transactions
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate payment terms
  • Ensure compliance with accounting and payroll regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees and vendors

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of formal accounting education
  • Minimum of two years experience in accounts receivable/general accounting
  • Proficient in Sage 50 Accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
