About the Role:
">We are seeking a skilled Territory Sales Growth Specialist to join our team at White Cap Canada Inc.
">Job Summary:
">This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to maximize sales targets within an assigned territory.
">The ideal candidate will work in a team sales setting to support field sales in managing all sales activities, including prospecting, quoting, purchasing, vendor management, expediting, lead follow-up, and performing data analysis for trends at the account and product level.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Handle sales quotas for assigned territory, ensuring customers' needs and expectations regarding their orders are met.">
- Provide product and pricing information to customers via phone or email, obtaining and preparing bid documents.">
- Contribute to maintaining lasting relationships with customers through knowledgeable communication and proactive resolution of questions or issues.">
- Support field-based staff to enhance productivity, managing all aspects of the order cycle as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.">
- Analyze sales trends at the account and product level within assigned territory, creating and executing action plans with the extended sales team.">
- Promote the organization's product line and services, supporting marketing campaigns.">
- Negotiate and close sales within current pricing, discount structure, and average pricing goals to meet or exceed sales goals for assigned territory.">
Nature and Scope:
">This role involves referring complex, unusual problems to supervisor and exercising judgment in accordance with well-defined policies, procedures, and techniques.
">Work Environment:
">The successful candidate will be based in a comfortable indoor area, requiring intermittent periods of continuous physical exertion, such as walking, standing, stooping, climbing, lifting, and maneuvering material or equipment that may be heavy (50+ pounds) or awkward.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:
">A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, along with 2-5 years of experience in the relevant field.
