This role is a hybrid office-remote position located in Ottawa, offering the opportunity to work with a global team of experts who help businesses achieve their email and SMS marketing goals. As a Sales Growth Specialist at Campaigner, you will be responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with key customers, focusing on customer retention and growth.

About the Role
  • You will have a consultative and analytical approach to understand your clients' goals and ensure product and service alignment.
  • You will identify areas of growth and demonstrate a return on investment to your clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management, customer success, sales, and/or business development, with knowledge of web-based software as a service (SaaS) and the ability to understand client business drivers.

Responsibilities
  1. Nurture and develop strong relationships with customers through ongoing communication, ensuring customer satisfaction, growth, and high renewal rates.
  2. Effectively manage contract renewals and re-negotiations.
  3. Grow account revenue through up-sell and cross-sell efforts.
  4. Actively monitor and mitigate risk among the account base.
  5. Develop a deep understanding of Campaigner's product and ensure accounts are utilizing all features.
  6. Stay up-to-date with email marketing changes and communicate these to clients, addressing impact and providing recommendations.
  7. Work effectively alongside other departments to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

$83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements
  • BS or BA degree required.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, Sales, and/or Business Development.
  • Knowledge of web-based software as a service (SaaS).
