Job Summary

The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for various personnel-related tasks, including processing documents, maintaining databases, and preparing reports. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health benefits, dental plan, and disability benefits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process classification, staffing, and other personnel documents
  • Store, update, and retrieve personnel-related data
  • Manage personnel information databases
  • Maintain registration systems, records, and files
  • Prepare staff relations information
  • Respond to inquiries regarding personnel matters
  • Arrange for advertising and posting of job vacancies
  • Administer and score employment tests
  • Prepare reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • College or CEGEP diploma
  • English language proficiency
