We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Consultant to join our Consulting – Human Resources team at ENGINEERINGUK. As a trusted advisor, you will integrate human resources considerations and expertise into clients' strategy, structure, systems, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the planning and delivery of consulting engagements, focusing on organizational development and people services in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors.
  • Coordinate project logistics and work closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of projects.
  • Conduct detailed research through data collection, interviews, focus groups, and surveys.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis, consolidating findings to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
  • Assist clients with the implementation of new processes, tools, and HR programs.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Support the design and development of engagement letters, policies, HR programs, and client communications.
  • Provide comprehensive recruitment services, including talent acquisition strategy, job description development, and candidate sourcing.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and presenting shortlists.
  • Provide guidance support to clients on recruitment best practices, including interview techniques, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for future recruitment needs, ensuring clients have access to top talent when required.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or other related field.
  • CHRP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset.
  • 2-4 years of human resources experience in a Coordinator/Generalist role.
  • Consulting and client-service experience considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

The salary range for this position is approximately £45,000 - £65,000 per year, depending on experience.
