Job Summary


The Human Resource Coordinator - Staff Scheduling Specialist plays a critical role in the Prairie Mountain Health team, coordinating staff scheduling and ensuring seamless operations.


Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate replacement staff for various absences, including vacations, sick leaves, statutory holidays, and overtime, in consultation with relevant managers and adhering to HR policies and collective agreements.
  • Communicate all changes to the department involved.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources and other managers on staffing matters.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly schedules as required.
  • Process time card edits and prepare shift schedules according to applicable collective agreements.
  • Maintain accurate information on staff replacement and document all schedule changes on the master schedule.
  • Perform sundry duties as assigned.

Compensation


The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
