**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Human Resources Partner to join our team at WRHA Corporate.

**Salary:** $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide human resources management services and advice to internal clients and stakeholders to support strategy, planning and operations by advising on human resources solutions with current knowledge of industry trends and legal requirements.
  • Inspire all levels of leadership to develop their skills, knowledge and confidence to be influential leaders.
  • Provide leadership advice to the assigned client groups in all areas of an effective and efficient human resources program focused on labour and employee relations, recruitment and succession planning, employee development, performance management, employee engagement and recognition, human resources information management, productivity metrics, and regulatory and standards compliance.
  • Assume conduct for, or assist with, the process of employee investigations related to respectful workplace, privacy and other potential breaches of policy.

**Requirements:

To be successful as a Strategic Human Resources Partner, you will need:

  • 5 years of progressive experience providing generalist human resources management support to management in a unionized environment, preferably in a large multi-enterprise and/or public sector organization; experience working in the health sector is an asset.
  • An undergraduate degree in human resources, or in a relevant discipline combined with a post-graduate certificate in human resources management from a recognized post-secondary institution.
  • Chartered Professional Human Resources designation with current membership in good standing or equivalent is preferred.
  • Certifications in project management, human resources, change management and quality processes are assets.
