SalaryThe estimated salary for this position is around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionAs a Strategic Human Resources Consultant at MNP LLP, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their human resources goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of consulting engagements focused on organizational development and people services in various sectors;
- Coordinating project logistics and working closely with the team to ensure smooth execution of projects;
- Conducting detailed research through data collection, interviews, focus groups, and surveys;
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis, consolidating findings to draw meaningful conclusions and recommendations;
- Assisting clients with the implementation of new processes, tools, and HR programs;
- Developing high-quality deliverables, including reports, presentations, and other documentation;
- Supporting the design and development of engagement letters, policies, HR programs, and client communications;
- Providing comprehensive recruitment services, including talent acquisition strategy, job description development, and candidate sourcing;
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job ads to conducting interviews, assessing candidates, and presenting shortlists;
- Providing guidance to clients on recruitment best practices, including interview techniques, offer negotiations, and onboarding processes;
- Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines for future recruitment needs, ensuring clients have access to top talent when required;
- Supporting clients with the development and implementation of effective onboarding programs for new hires.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A post-secondary degree in Human Resources Management or a related field;
- CHRP or other related designations or certifications are considered an asset;
- 2 to 4 years of human resources experience in a Coordinator/Generalist role;
- Consulting and client-service experience considered an asset;
- Demonstrated project management skills;
- Proficient in MS Office.
