Office Administrator Assistant

Join All Equip Repair, a leading Truck and Trailer Service and Repair shop and Trailer Manufacturer, as we seek an experienced Office Administrator - Assistant to support our St. Marys shop. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones and responding to customer inquiries.
- Accurately enter data into our system, including invoices, customer information, and supplier details.
- Receive and record parts and supplies, ensuring accurate inventory management.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely payment and accurate financial records.
- Maintain organized and secure filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Perform light janitorial duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Lift up to 25lbs, as required.
- Perform other duties as required, potentially working in various departments.
- Be punctual and reliable in meeting deadlines and commitments.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Strong problem-solving and math skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivation and a strong work ethic, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
- Human resource experience is an asset, but not required.
