About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator Assistant to join our team at All Equip Repair. As an Office Administrator Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answering phones and responding to customer inquiries
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Receiving and recording parts and supplies
- Billing and invoicing
- Filing and document management
- Light janitorial duties

Requirements:

- Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Common sense, problem-solving, and math skills
- Excellent spelling, accuracy, and organization skills
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills
