Strategic Partnership Manager

We are seeking a skilled Institutional Sales Specialist to join our team at MFS Investment Management. This role will focus on building and maintaining relationships with our group retirement clients, as well as working with Group Advisors to promote MFS investment strategies in the group retirement market.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as primary contact for group retirement clients regarding all aspects of the relationship with MFS.
- Conduct investment governance reviews and provide thought leadership and practice management to deepen client relationships.
- Interact with other MFS departments to ensure client needs are met at all levels.
- Drive sales by prospecting Group Advisors and promoting MFS capabilities in the Group Retirement Market.
Requirements
- Minimum 8-12+ years' investment-related or financial experience with at least 5 years' experience in the group retirement market.
- Wholesaler mindset required.
- Knowledge of the Canadian Target Date landscape required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
