We are seeking an experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team in Canada.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results for our partners. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, ensuring their needs are met, and providing strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Drive sales performance by developing and executing effective strategies to meet or exceed targets
  • Partnership Development: Foster strong partnerships with key customers to identify opportunities and develop joint business plans
  • Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and timely communication
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a technology or software industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Compensation Package:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses
