We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Help Desk Technical Specialist to join our team at InfoSpec Systems Inc. The successful candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their devices and systems are running smoothly.

About the Job

This is a permanent position offering 37.5 hours of work per week. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to multitask with ease.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma from a college or CEGEP program (1-2 years)
  • Excellent understanding of MS Windows and desktop applications
  • Knowledge of device drivers, networking hardware, internet, and servers
  • Previous experience in a call centre setting an asset

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $50,000-$60,000 CAD, depending on experience and qualifications. This includes health care, dental, and vision care benefits.
