Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at WhiteWater West Industries Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting computer issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot computer issues, including hardware and software problems
- Install and configure computer systems, including operating systems and software
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software and backing up data
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues
- 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, including hardware and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
