At Tungsten Assets Management Inc., we are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a help desk setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions, assessing physical and technical security risks, and developing policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.

The Technical Support Specialist will work in a hybrid environment, with a 35-hour workweek, and will be required to have strong knowledge of Java, SQL, and Python. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
