Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team at WhiteWater West Industries Ltd. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, troubleshooting computer issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot computer issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Install and configure computer systems, software, and peripherals
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updating software and backing up data
  • Document and track technical issues and resolutions
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Microsoft certified IT professional (MCITP) certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Jira, device drivers, networking software, and hardware
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office, and Windows
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and travel occasionally
