Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at InfoSpec Systems Inc. as a Help Desk Technician.

About the Job:

This is a full-time position requiring 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a call centre environment, providing top-notch technical support to clients on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To provide timely and effective technical support to clients through various communication channels.
  • To troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and networking components.
  • To work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • To maintain accurate records of client interactions and resolutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A college diploma or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology.
  • Prior experience working in a help desk environment, preferably in a networking or desktop applications context.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with MS Windows operating systems and common desktop applications.
