Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Operations and Strategic Partnerships Development to join our team at Groom & Associates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our operations and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Operations Management:
- Ensure the efficient management of our daily operations, including coordination of special projects and events.
- Develop and implement processes to optimize operations and improve productivity.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to support our business objectives.
- Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements.
- Represent our organization at external events to promote our activities and seek new partnership opportunities.
- Develop and disseminate content on our website and social media channels.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
- Manage incoming communications and respond to inquiries.
- Coordinate board meetings and ensure logistics.
- Maintain professional relationships with partners and donors.
Requirements:
We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and motivated individual with previous experience in operations management or partnership development. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
