As a Business Development Manager for Strategic Partnerships, you will act as a relational leader with the banners and make strategic decisions to maximize their development.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain Relationships with the banners of the sectors of activity for which you are responsible, fostering long-term partnerships and driving business growth.
- Ensure Risk Management of your banner portfolio through regular review of financing programs and sound risk assessment.
- Evolve Service Offerings under your management, expanding its scope while maximizing revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Guide Business Development surrounding your portfolio, identifying new opportunities and driving growth through strategic partnerships.
- Advise Regional Leaders on opportunities in their market, providing expert guidance and support.
- Communicate Franchise Programs internally and mobilize sales teams to drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends, ensuring a thorough understanding of franchising, operations, and business risks associated with the industry.
- Ensure Efficient Execution of programs under management, streamlining processes and improving customer experience.
- Participate in Team Activities both inside and outside the organization, contributing to the team's visibility and awareness.
- Ensure Franchisor Satisfaction within your portfolio, driving customer loyalty and retention.
Within the Strategy, Solutions and Business Processes sector, you are part of a team of 6 colleagues, and you report to associate vice-president. Our team stands out for its cutting-edge expertise, creativity, operational excellence and the multidisciplinary nature of the people who make it up.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree related to industry and six years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to industry and four years of relevant experience OR University certificate and eight years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial finance (analysis and drafting broadsheet), commercial banking products and associated financing processes.
- Experience in business development, ideally with large companies.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex issues and make relevant recommendations.
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, creativity and innovation.
- Demonstrate a great sense of organization, priority management, and autonomy.
- Influential leadership and excellent team player.
