About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team at ClearEstate. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with strategic partners in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Partnership Strategies: Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to develop effective sales strategies and facilitate customer and partner expansion.
  • Build and Maintain Partner Relationships: Foster strong partnership relationships through sustained outreach, presentations, and training on the ClearEstate offering.
  • Enhance Partner Engagement: Provide ongoing support, marketing tools, and content to enhance partner engagement and increase lead referral frequency and retention.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Deliver exceptional first impressions and unparalleled experiences for key partnerships and referred potential clients.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with marketing and product teams on brand and product development initiatives, and communicate key partnerships insights to improve the ClearEstate platform, solutions, and service offering.
Requirements
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in sales for financial or technological products is an asset.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and managing key partnerships.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to understand the needs of partners and provide good service.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with strategic partners.
  • Bilingual (English and French) is a requirement.
