Office Administration Specialist

The Administrative Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic. This position involves a variety of administrative tasks that support both the clinical staff and the patients.
Educational Requirements- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
This role is set within a clinic environment, where teamwork and efficiency are paramount.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient interviews to gather essential case histories.
- Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.
- Complete various insurance and claim forms accurately.
- Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
- Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
- Establish and uphold office procedures and routines.
- Input and format medical reports and correspondence electronically, as well as prepare documents for review.
- Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes.
- Perform data entry tasks as required.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Proficiency in the following software is essential:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Outlook
- MS Windows
- Electronic mail systems
Applicants should have between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in an administrative capacity.
